Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
The ESOM ART $1,200 Gift Card Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by ESOM Art, located at 3905 Magazine Street, New Orleans, LA 70115 (“Sponsor” or “ESOM ART”).
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on July 30, 2026 at 5:00PM Central Time and ends on August 1, 2026 at 10:00PM Central Time (“Giveaway Period”).Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is intended to be open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, except where prohibited or restricted by law. Although the Giveaway is being promoted in connection with events at ESOM ART's Julia Street gallery in New Orleans, Louisiana, physical attendance at the gallery or associated events is not required to enter or win. Entry is completed online through the official Giveaway entry form.Employees, owners, officers, and immediate family or household members of ESOM Art are not eligible to enter. Sponsor may require a potential winner to provide proof of residency, age, identity, or other eligibility requirements before awarding the prize.
4. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period, eligible participants may enter by completing and submitting the official online Giveaway entry form at https://www.esomart.com/esom-julia-street-checklist. The form may be accessed directly through the ESOM ART website or through promotional links, social media, email, or QR codes provided by ESOM ART. Entrants must provide:
First and last name
Valid email address
Phone number
By submitting the form, entrants agree to receive email communications from ESOM ART, including pop-up announcements, new artwork, gallery news, events, releases, and other ESOM ART news and marketing communications. Email recipients may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in ESOM ART emails.Limit ONE entry per EMAIL ADDRESS during the Giveaway Period.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive an ESOM ART gift card with a value of $1,200.The gift card may be applied toward the purchase of gallery artwork or a commissioned painting at regular list price.The gift card expires September 1, 2027.Gift card balance may be used for a single purchase either in the galleries or via communication with your ESOM Art representative.
Gift card balance is not valid for online purchases through the ESOM Art website. Gift card balance is applicable toward the purchase of original artwork at regular gallery list price or commission price rate. Gift card balance may be applied toward pre-tax, pre-shipping order totals of $1200 or more. This gift card may not be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or other offers. This Gift card is nontransferable and is not redeemable for cash. Void where prohibited. Gift card balance expires on September 1, 2027.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
One (1) potential winner will be selected AT RANDOM from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The winner will be selected on or approximately August 4, 2026. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize
The potential winner will be contacted by phone using the number submitted with their entry within approximately 7 days following selection. The potential winner must respond within 7 DAYS after the initial notification.If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, AN ALTERNATE WINNER WILL BE SELECTED AT RANDOM. Sponsor may require the potential winner to provide proof of identity, age, residency, and eligibility and to complete before the prize is awarded.
8. Email, Phone and Personal Information
Information collected through the Giveaway entry form will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility where necessary, and contact the potential winner. Entrants will also receive the ESOM ART email communications described in Section 4 and may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. A phone number is collected for purposes including contacting the potential winner. Providing a phone number through this Giveaway does not constitute consent to receive marketing calls or text messages unless separate consent is expressly obtained. Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the ESOM ART Privacy Policy, available at https://www.esomart.com/privacy-policy.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, submitted through unauthorized means, or otherwise violate these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control compromise the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, or otherwise unsuccessful entries resulting from technical failures or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.
10. Governing Law
The Giveaway is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. These Official Rules and the Giveaway are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
11. Winner Information
Following confirmation of the winner, the winner's name will be available by request via email to info@esomart.com beginning approximately September 1, 2027, subject to applicable law.
